Did you have your bank account with them? if you did then use that, if not, then just put as much info as you can about yourself, Dob, Address etc.0

Hello,
I was just wondering if the SAR template at the start of this thread is the right one to send to a DCA? I have 3 SARs to send - one to Cahoot (Santander), one to Natwest and one to Robinson Way. Is there a different template that I should use for Robinson Way? I wasn't sure if the wording was more geared towards dealing direct with the banks that originally gave the credit or if it's universal...
Thanks for any help - sorry if it's a stupid question, am a bit confused

Just tailor the letter to suit the particular organisation you are contacting, there maybe a line here or there which you may feel needs editing, deleting or adding an addition, do not hesitate to do so.
Good luck,

Hi all,
I sent a SAR to HSBC giving them as much info as possible, such as my current account number, etc. I asked for info into old loans, credit cards, etc.
They have sent me a letter back saying that I have not quoted any information enabling me to trace my credit card and they can help me once I provide a HSBC CC number?!!
I thought the whole point in a SAR was to get ALL info they have on file? Not provide them with enough info to do a search!
Any ideas?0
