    It is the Sar you send as the account is closed,request all info they hold on you and the card number, give them 40 days to respond and enclose £10.
  • hi, can anyone tell me if we claim missold ppi on previous mortgages will it be detrimental to the financial advisor who arranged them ?

    Yes it would, they will have to pay compensation to you.
    Some Mortgage PPI is not reclaimable though, if you post your question here

    Yes. Even if you take your complaint to the Ombudsman and you lose, the IFA will pay £850 to the FOS.

    I don't know if this is the right thread, but does anyone know where I can send a SAR for Lombard Direct Loans? is it the same RBS address that you sent the claim questionnaire.

    If you go on the website you can do a live chat with an advisor, you only ask your question and they ask for no account info or any other details from you as you are only making a general enquiry, ask for the address for the DSAR.

    tried this route they said it would be better if I dropped into a local RBS branch to see if they could help.

    Looks like im going to have to fire it off to the RBS address for PPI claims, I doubt a branch would give me any other address.

    Are they useless or what?, put on the letter DSAR request and post it to your local branch or take it in.
