......form was in Adobe, so I downloaded it, converted it to Word, spent a couple of hours filling it in, then emailed the Word file back. Within five mins I got an email telling me that since it wasn't in the format the form was originally provided in my application was unacceptable.:mad::mad::mad: .....

I have never been able to complete a form that is in Adobe without converting it first..... Is it too late to convert it back & email it to them?

Oh lord, OH has just phoned and said it's going to be an early finish for him as two tables have cancelled due to the weather and could I go to pick him up when he finishes? I've just taken a look outside and although the snow has cleared from the roads they are already sparkling with ice crystals.

This is not going to be a fun journey and I am already bricking it.

Moggins, where are you going? Obviously you won't want to give his exact location, but roughly?

Evening all :hello: a first for me today - made some of Twink's hobnobs, used muesli and butter (very naughty) scrumptious! Also made an apple pie to celebrate Bramley Apple week http://www.bramleyapples.co.uk/index.html

Last autumn I began knitting a top for friend's soon-to-arrive great nephew, completed two thirds of it and........ mislaid my pattern!!!! The baby was born a few weeks ago and I still hadn't found it. Today success! But why did I put it on shelf with walking leaflets  .

Almost jumped out of my skin this afternoon, a loud whooshing noise, looked out to see the snow falling off ndn's very large roof - glad I wasn't standing underneath it! It has been really sunny here but -4 promised overnight brrrrrr.

Off to catch up, hope Halight's interview went well, hugs to those who need them and furry purrs to the pets.

    Hi everyone

I'm soooo glad its Friday, this week seems to have been very long. Still have a bit of snow round here, mainly round where we live, the town is clear.

Did some baking before work, made a quiche and some twinks. Waiting for Mr T to deliver, then I can think about what we are eating over the weekend, OH would like a steak and kidney pud but we have SD here this weekend and she probably wont like it.

Need to go to the library tomorrow and a look round the shops, well wilkos and home bargains, haven't really got much more than that here :rotfl:

    Have a good evening everyone

Caught up on everyone's news, we certainly have some terrible weather around the country, take care and keep safe all of you.

Csarina – glad your tooth settled down. I was having problems with sensitive teeth, tried Arm & Hammer Sensitive toothpaste and I am fine now. Got it from Home Bargains for £1 a tube.
Congratulations to CCStar’s DS, sorry the rest of your news isn’t good, hope things improve for you soon.
Sorry Luca not doing very well at the moment, perhaps will be better when it gets warmer. Our two are rushing out and then flying virtually straight back in again. Lots of litter trays needed especially as Amy can’t bear to see an unused one. Lol at clever Teddy, Snowyowl.
Glad the interview went well, Halight, it is good to get positive feedback.
Thanks for the fab photos Sistercas and Bargainbird. Love the vid Tru.
Moggins, hope your journey to pick up DH wasn't as bad as you feared.

I see Mr. Lewis is on ITV at the moment.
