happy birthday sue0 -
Would that be a 360 that you never use, Auntie Axe?
So mean to me! I'm just such a sweet and delicate ickle flower that my slight fingers skip across the keyboard with the lightest touch and miss odd characters
I'm not sure about matching the lippy to the inside of
your lip. Orangey colours suit me!
I like the more strappy shoes - they're much more delicate and I suspect will be more comfortable than the ones with the hard bit at the back of your heel - cheaper too!
suep, Have a wonderful day and enjoy the meal - how ever you decide to do it.
My Birthdays are Burglar days as my youth has been stolen from me
kass Not quite right on me - 46 (shush - don't tell anyone else) and heavy build. Colour of hair is debatable as depends on whether I've been to the hairdresser and how adverturous I felt when I was there. I love playing with colours in my hair - it's the one thing you can still have a little fun with.
House Fairy due imminently, so must away.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -
Happy birthday, Sue. xxx  xxx
(Not sure I dare be in here at the moment, being as I'm a 'Kitty' lol)
I am having odd headaches at the moment and a twitchy eye, so am wearing sunnies in the house and feel very 'Hollywood, dahlink!'
I wish I could 'do' fluffy mules and a 'negligiggle'. I could swan around a la Zsa Zsa (but the reality is: fleecy turquoise leopard print jim jams and some memory foam slippers, dang it). :rotfl:
It's freeeeeeeeezing here again today, so I am off for a hot bath in a minute or four. Hope you are all snuggled up warm where you are. xxx(((spoons)))0 -
I have Raeh at mid to late thirties, slim build and mid length hair (about to the jaw or shoulder) CwtA, I have at early forties medium build. LW, I have at late forties to early fifties, quite ecclectic with a really open mind. Suep, I think is about the same age as CwtA and Unity is a little over LW's age.
Hello!........hello!.......have you all stopped talking to me now?????
You have to ask? :rotfl::rotfl:Unity, I'm really looking forward to Beltane. I've told the kids we can go to the festival at Thornbury Henge. We've never been camping before so I'm bound to make it a disaster! We're gonna make some masks to take with us so it should be fun. The camping is free too so that's a bonus!
Is this Thornborough Henge in Yorkshire, near Lightwater Valley? We may pop down for the actual day - but my nights in a tent are long gone. I think Suep and I are of the same mind on this one - we might just manage to get in, but getting up and out the next morning would be quite another matter .
I've just got to finish the second cardi's collar and sew in the sleeves - then the Meercats! Crocheting with mohair is a damned sight harder than knitting I can tell you . I managed to do four rows on the head last night - but it is murder - I can see I may have to improvise  but this is what you get for not buying the exact yarn I suppose:o. Mr Unity and I will be acquiring two step-grandchildren, who we have not met yet, hence the woolly activity. It is wonderful to be able to make small things again. I also managed to get a copy of the book I have been looking for http://www.amazon.co.uk/Little-Clothes-People-Crafts/dp/1850150737/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1237032719&sr=8-2 I used to have this when DS was born (20 years ago:eek:) but gave it to the charity shop when he was about four. I couldn't remember the title no matter how I tried - but someone on Ravelry worked it out from my dscription - 'Hardback with green and black line drawings on the front' - amazing! DD2 is very handy with a sewing machine so I can see it may well come in handy.
Anyway pain levels are up something rotten - with swollen burning joints - must be the arthritis so the woolly activities will keep my hands mobile - use it or lose it I say:rotfl:. I'd still give my right arm for a game of squash - just as well I'm left handed I s'pose:rotfl:.
Hapty barfday Suep - hope your card arrived.
BZ and Kass (who's too close for comfort on the age thing ) My wedding ring was £13.50 (yes that is new money not old before Kass asks :rotfl:) - hand-made in hammered gold, Northern Goldsmiths in Newcastle - but I was very, very young.

The twitchy eye thing is a b*gger - I had it persistently a couple of months ago and it came back this week - carp when folk think you are winking at themwhen you're not
.
It's blowing a gale outside here so I'm not venturing out at all - nada, although DS is off to the match - Sunderland v Wigan, good luck to him and them - at least the wind will be in their favour - well, for 45 minutes at least
.
I've got some sweet potato and coconut soup - from earlier in the week - where I'd be without the Bamix heaven knows , so I may make some veggie suet dumplings to go with it. Am I the only one craving carbs at present? Some people hear voices, some see invisible people. Others have no imagination whatsoever

Dunno know what is going on with the weather with you lot, but it's sunny here. Still a reet nip in the air, but I have the l/r window open and the front door. I love fresh air.
The cat is amusing self by going out of the living room window and back in through the front door and repeat circuit. Simple pleasures.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

Not sure where Lightwater Valley is but yes it's the henge in Yorkshire. It's near Masham. I've never done the camping thing before but I'm sure I can manage one or two nights. I am thinking about getting a blow up bed though. Is that cheating?
