suei think that would be a case were i would end up just staying up and hoping to sleep in the car/plane etc and on the beach or by the pool as soon as we get there. id either not be able to sleep for excitement, or miss the flight because i was asleep and didnt wake up otherwise.0

pcl I'd be the same! I just wouldn't bother sleeping either. Mind you I'd probably be still packing at 2.45am...
I'm the same about not being able to get up...either that or I wouldn't be able to get to sleep for fear that I would oversleep..."I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -

I did think about that, but as Im usually yawning by tea time I think I will need to sleep, also I can never sleep on the plane.

Morning all
Sue, it's taken me ages to get the promised pill box off to Unity, so I'll try to make up for my tardiness and get the books off to you at the end of this week.
bz I hope the funeral goes off smoothly today - such a sad time. I hope you manage OK and I'll be thinking about you and sending you strength.
kass hope today goes well for you and that you had a decent nights sleep.
pcl Hope you are snuggled on your sofa with Whitney hapily under her blanket next to you.
sharon Thinking of you and that things are going OK.
Another pottering day today and picked up two mystery shops for friday so that's a little extra money in the bank.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -
Afternoon all.
Well, I had a nice surprise yesterday - a cheque for £21 from Lloyds - something to do with the takeover of Halifax.
OMG Suep having to be up at 03:30. Where is it you're going?
I find 05:30 for the first alarm bad enough - that's when Mr LW makes a cup of tea, brings it back to bed, and sets about helping me get my poor beleaguered joints moving. (2nd alarm goes at 06:30, when we absolutely have to get on with things). I have to be up, bathed and dressed before he leaves for work at 07:30, as I need his help with those tasks - it's fine in a way, but makes for a very long day here on my own.
Raeh, any chance you could just pop your head round the door, even if you just say hello and post a couple of waving smilies (to fulfil the "minimum characters per text" requirement)? Just so we know you're OK?
Hope Sharon is doing OK too.
:hello: to everyone else - I'm bored out of my tiny skull today, so may be back later (you have been warned.....)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
You come back anytime lw! We missed you when you were away.
I cleaned my keyboard off a little whilst I was sitting and have managed to break the "w" key. It's sitting precariously at the moment - trouble is, I use the "w" in as couple of passwords so that's gonna be interesting *g*
Just goes to sho you that cleaning is not a good thing to do *g*I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0
