Yeah, I understand the "peopled out" thing. We got invited to a 65th birthday party this Saturday, by some people we sometimes talk to at the pub; we're not going - we don't know them all that well, and we certainly won't know anyone else, and I don't in all honestly think we'll be missed. I'm certain that the invitation was "spur of the moment", as it was just by chance that we happened to be in that particular pub that evening.

I've had a crap day and had to make myself cook dinner. All I want to do is sleep lately. I've got the haul to the pain clinic tomorrow, that's ironic in itself because it makes me feel awful because I have to drive there.

(She's as bipolar as I am, and just as difficult to live with. BUT, she will be filling out the 'statement from someone who knows you' on my DLA form, after which I can actually send the damn thing off!)

bz control and f5 forces browser to refresh the page, often it works better than just clicking refresh as it really refreshes it. lol that nakes it sound like clicking refresh only pretends to refresh itself.

bz i was having a crap day and hiding out mostly, and then i peed myself off even more. todays not started out as a good day either, i already feel like im late since i only got up and had intended to be almost ready to leave by now.

going to go test my new shower in a mo, ill be back at some point this afternoon or evening, depending on how many chores my sister has for me to do before mother gets here tonight. if i oculd postpone going until tomorrow i would.

Hi all, Ive got 5 mins before I need to be out of the door, Mums taking me out in the wheelchair shopping again as its dd's birthday next weekend and I need to get a few bits.
I havnt got time to update myself yet, but I'll be back sometime this afternoon.


I have even less hair now, dd cut it into a graduated bob and highlighted it with 3 different colours yesterday, it was a bit of a shock at first, but I like it.

I hope you are all getting some of this lovely sunshine we've been having down here all week and that you are all well. Back soon x

Nothing much happening in the Wolf's Lair today - we have a lot to do over the bank holiday weekend, so I'm trying to save my spoons.

I see the site is down for yet another upgrade tomorrow!

suep you are so lucky that DD does your hair! I have to pay a fortune for highlights etc and the normal grey covering up. Post us a piccie of what it looks like?!

pcl, hope thefamily visits go OK. I suspect you'll be a doing a lot of counting to 10 and swearing under your breath if you're anythng like me. You'll soon be able to give a sigh of relief that it's all over *g*

Tiger Ironic isn't it that we have to use some of our spoons to get to things like Pain Clinics. Hope you find it helpful.

lw being sensibubble and saving spoons! Good on you! I still tend to use them all up beforehand and then haveto recover after any activities. I'm obviously a slow learner *g*.

The weather has been good here last couple of days and I've been too wrapped up in myself to notice. Can't decide whether to take a walk on Perranporth beach or do housework. Either way, my back is bothering me today on top of everything else. I've been doing too much sitting, drinking black coffee and smoking far too much. I must get off my arris and shift my life around a bit.
