Sometimes men forget that us ladies need a hug and to be told we're loved.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
*crawls in* Uuuuuuuuuuh... omg I am le tired. But SO worth all the spoons I had to use this weekend. *squeak*
...No, I am trying not to still be drooling over the fact that Mary was wearing a short skirt and knee-high leather boots and wrote "Happy Birthday" on the picture I had taken with her... I promiseHomosexual, Unitarian, young, British, female, disabled. Do you need more?0 -
Just popping in quickly.
Sharon all I can offer is sympathy, hugs and positive thoughts in your direction. I hope your time in hospital isn't too traumatic, and that you'll be back with us soon.
Auntie Axe for goodness sake, be careful with sharp objects - I tend to avoid cooking when I'm too tired as I'm liable to do myself a ninjury due to poor co-ordination. Sounds like you should consider the same tactic.
wolfie 'ave an 'ug sweetheart. !!{hug}} We love you and miss you, even if you don't think we should.
Can't remember much of anything else that was posted, so apologies if I've not mentioned you by name.
Won't be hanging around too long as I'm having a bit of trouble with my eyes (nothing serious, no need to worry), but they're still quite sore and pink so I need to spend less time at the pooter at the moment.
I'll catch up with you again soon.s/e0 -
Well I had loads to say but Sharon's post threw me completely. Everybody seems to be going through a bad patch at the mo. I'm not suggesting Sharon's is a bad patch but eveybody else is.
Why are people so horrible to others? I really don't understand it and it makes me really sad.
I don't get anything from my OH Saffie. Don't even get a cuddle in bed any more. When I go to cuddle him he reacts as if I'm attacking him!
Oh Sharon I do hope everything goes well. I had a call from my friend last night saying she had found a huge lump in her breast. She has been to the doctors and they have sent her for emergency biopsies. She doesn't know how she has missed it as she says she checks regularly and it is huge.
I'm off for a little cry now.
That black dog is outside my door now and when I'm done with my cry I'm gonna kick !!!! out of it so it won't bother us anymore!!!!!
I'm normally very kind to animals but shall make an exception for this b!!!!!d.0 -

:grouphug: I think we all need a group hug
Sharon, my thoughts are with you and I'll send you good healing vibes until you beat this.
Can I volunteer to be a kicker of black dogs?? Or to hit them over the head with a baseball bat. Many times.
I've lost my temper 3 times over the last couple of days and I can distinctly remember the last time I lost my temper and it was over 15 years ago.
Trialia, Happy Birthday! You do sound a little smug.
I hope you had a fantastic time.
S/E, sounds sore. I hope your eyes sort themselves out soon. Torture to be without the puter
You're absolutely right about being more careful when I'm tired. I'm a slow learner obviously
LW please do keep posting back with us whilst you're low. The times you feel least like it is probably the time you need to most. I can take steri-strips off finger in a week if it's healed, but need to go to GP if it looks like it's infected. It does seem to be a little puffy and throbby, so I'm keeping a close eye on it and I'll take a view on it in the morning. as I don't have an immune system, I have to be really careful about any infections however slight.
Kass and Saffie, don't forget the tricks our miinds play on us when the dog is howling. They make us imagine all sorts of things that others aren't aware of. Dare I be radical and suggest you talk to your OH's and tell them how you feel?
Unity, what a nice post. Nice to hear there's supporting both on the boards and off. It's a shame we can't bottle and sell what we've developed on this thread or this time next year we would be millionaires
Forgive granny, eggs, sucking etc, but I find I sometimes get an "empathy bomb" when I'm a bit vulnerable and I think sharon would be disappointed if that happened.
Hugs to you sharon and everyone else.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

Hey Sharon, I'm so very sorry to hear about your setback. I just popped in for a quick catch up and saw your post. I'm sending you lots of positivity and hugs and anything else I can think of to lift your spirits. Like everyone else I hope things look up soon. All the best to you and everyone :grouphug:0
