Also received 2 letters from Lloyds tsb in regards of the loan insurance, they are to let us know that they are looking into the complaints and will contact us by 4 weeks, these were dated from October, so they may have been in the postal backlog.
    Fingers crossed.;)

Thank you Tiggrae, also thanks to you as well.
I would never had made a start from the start with this one otherwise.......cheers......:T:T:T.

To be honest I was dreading opening this letter, and was expecting it to be like the older letters to tell me they are unable to take this matter further, so I am over the moon, they are treating it as a brand new complaint, was lucky they reconsidered it really, I think like what both you and Marshallka have said "using the correct wording helps".:T:T:beer:
I think that using the correct wording does help but it should not be like that with FOS. FOS says that you do not have to have a law degree to make a complaint. I am still having trouble with mine at the moment.:mad:

Yeah I know what you mean......and agree.
So what on earth is still happening with yours then?
    This is pathetic!!
Surely there must be some headway with this by now????:mad::mad:

FOS have not allocated an adjudicator yet and I think this is one that has to go to the Ombudsman himself so I was told yesterday as no adjudicator would like to make a decision on it:confused:. I spoke to them yesterday over it and they have it in a queue. I have emailed them over it today and not received any reply. I will post up when I get one.

Fingers crossed for you then Marshallka, I know mine is going to be in a queue now as well, and I do appreciate it, and understand it could take a good good while before receiving any updates on it.
Wonder if it will be the same for me then in regards of the adjudicator not liking to make a decision on it?
Hope they get back to you today Marshallka I really do.
    Good luck.;)

Glad to see Hamilton are taking responsibility may help with my HFC one.

Well done Di, I know you may have a long wait but sure it will be worth it in the end.

Marshallka sorry you are still waiting but hope the Ombudsman gets a look at this soon.

Well hopefully Hamilton will take the responsibility and not try to pass it on by passing the buck.....again by saying HFC, but fingers crossed, ar least its better than having them returned back to us again.
It helped as well I think because I printed some paperwork off - with what Marshallka posted on here in her resources thread.:T:T
