Right one of my Lloyds loans tsb case.

Joint loan myself and hubby December 2004.

    Loan for £10.000
    Monthly repayment £154

    Loan Protection Insurance:
    £2,241.37
    Monthly repayment £34.57

Total loan Amount of Credit = £12,241.37
    Monthly repayment = £188.80

Charged at a fixed rate interest of 0.64% per month
    Annual percentage rate 7.9%

Loan protection, Lloyds TSB manual crossed
Price of loan protection premium £2,241.37
    Interest on PPI £666.42
Total price of PPI = £2,903.79

Premium advanced as part of loan is manually crossed as yes by Lloyds TSB, this is a Bank copy.

To settle this the amount of £11334.658.
I thought at first it was more to settle this but I just double checked on the paperwork.

Thought I would just post up, as this is the one I will be getting done this week as well.;)

Is this the last one now Di. If you are desperate for your complaints to get through then you need to get them all in at once. I am sure you will be priority with FOS again if the FSCS have put it priority so the quicker you get ALL your complaints sorted the better and quicker your money troubles will ease.

I've got hubby to go through all the paperwork, as I missed these ones, there is another one from 2001 and 1999, there is another but not sending that in, as there is no ppi with that one, that was ready to go, but going to send them in together.;)
We both had SAR's each, and this one was added in hubby's, so I told him to go through everything like a toothcomb, to make sure nothing is missed.

Di as you advise on here daily I cannot believe that you have left so many complaints of your own when you say you are in financial difficulties:confused:. I would think (as you know from being on here daily) that you would know you are likely to win for single premiums and that your cases will be looked into quickly and they will ease your money troubles. If you got back what you are due back from these complaints then most probably be back on track and money in the bank too.;)

You have no need to go over everything with a fine tooth comb as you are only reclaiming back PPI. I sent in my complaints before even receiving any SAR cause we were desperate. I KNEW we had been missold so no need for back up. FOS will get any back up sorted and you will be able to get your money back.

    Your right Marshallka.

Originally my sister was going to go through it all with me and help me out here, but she became ill, then I was stupid really to push them aside, maybe if I had got on with them when I should have done then it wouldn't be so bad as its been.
I don't know if I have been coming or going with them all over the place......:o, but yep your right, thanks hun.
Sometimes I do need a good kick up the you know what with my stuff.......:o lol.:D;)Xx

Di you have posted about mortgage repayments being late or not paid and then money troubles here and there and then all this to come back to you:eek:. I think if you got them sorted then you would not be posting about any money troubles at all. You would most probably have money in the bank for savings and all payments up to date.

    I just cannot understand you:confused:.
  • Hi We have today go a final response from egg they say they will not uphold our ppi misold claim on credit card because the card was taken out on line in 2000 (was still using it untill earlier this year) they sent me print screen of the application with the box saying ppi. they say if i had opted out it would have said none. also they were not regulated by fsa then and it is beyond the 6 year point. all these things. My grounds for miss selling in the first place was that i was working partime in eduction so I had a good benifite package. they say i can go to the ombudsman. does anyone think there is any point in doing this.

I would just send it to the FOS now and see what they say. Some have claimed back further from banks so you still have a chance. Good luck

When I first started the lloyds TSB credit card complaints, we did not have the SAR info then, we received these later on, as we already had some info.
Then of course been getting on with Twopart, even though we did try with Endeavour we got nowhere there, and some cases still ongoing with the FOS.
I have in between been posting on here and getting on with my claims, but not like I should have done, I admit that and this is why I must crack on with them now, it have been a tough few months, not just money issues but other personal stuff as well, and being on here did help, although trying to help others, once these ones are done that is final, so many claims........so just these 3 and whatever the FOS says about Hamilton.

The complaints we have in with the FOS now they have split them, and they are all Lloyds ones.

I hear what you are saying Di and i know about some of your troubles as you posted on here but surely where the money one is concerned this could have been eased a long time ago:confused:. Then there is more time for your other concerns.

I don't come on here quite a much these last few months (although the last few weeks i must admit I have) because of other troubles too. Its no good moaning about things we can do something about as my dad would have said. Your complaints will be dealt with long before mine Di as i have been told up to a year still so at least you can ease some of your troubles. Also these reclaim complaints are actually getting harder now with this new thing about complaints handling and they can look into this now whereby "would you have had any insurance???" and then take away a certain amount from the claim and this is coming in in Jan. I would certainly get on with them.
