We taken ours out in July 2004 and they supposedly dissolved in 2006.

What we have on my paperwork is:

Victoria House

I do also have a Bear Lane address on another piece of paperwork as well.

Well if you look on the company info (from that site I posted above) of Click Financial Limited (the one running now) you will see they changed their registered address in 2006.:rolleyes:

Click Finance actually dissolved on 22/06/06 and Click Financial changed their registered address on 29/08/06

i rung barclaycard today about my ppi claim ,the 8 week is up this week ,the lady told me they were only just dealing with questionaires sent back the week of 5th august ,so it seems like i will have to wait a little longer . just thought id post this up in case anyone else ,like me has been watching for the post.Sunny

If the 8 weeks are up too then you are now entitled to take the complaint to FOS. You do have a long waiting list there as well so maybe get things ready for FOS and wait a little longer.

That's right it was that of June 06 and not March.

Do you think I should mention about this to them?, and that they do still run Click busness selling loans etc.
It's still very annoying, considering its the same director/manager.

I could see what they say first and take it from there, I just hope we hear something tomorrow, we will ring them back again otherwise.

I would certainly write to FOS and ask if they could actually hold Click Financial limited responsible for Click finance. I think its certainly worth mentioning to FOS and mentioning that its the same directors at Click Financial that were in Click Finance. Its just another option if the misselling with the insurer does not come about. Although Click Financial say they are not responsible we do not know the outcome from the OFT on this. Maybe it will uncover things?? I don't know Di but would definately mention it.

That's right in regards of the OFT we do not know the outcome of this one, wish there was a way we could find out, it would be interesting to know.;)

As yes Click... they seem to show up often in my spam folder offering me life insurance!!
