    Hi hannah,

    Unfortunately there seems to be a slow down again, then suddenly they pick back up.
    I would give them a quick ring on Monday for an update, with one of mine I found out about 2 weeks after that my case was assigned to an Adjudicator.
    Good luck and hope you hear soon.

    Also just to say, if your in financial hardship/difficulties, let the FOS know and request for Fast tracking, they should consider this for you if this is the case.;)

    If you go back to Reclaiming PPI, a list of threads will show up, then you will see "Picture in default/FSCS Claims".;)
