    is your claim mis sell pinknico? if so your loan would have to be restructured without ppi on, so your payment would come down, then the ppi total would be taken off the loan, you will get back all ppi payments made to date plus 8% interest,someone may know more about this and give you more info, but that will be a nice sum for all of you with these!!!! plus you will be better off each month

    Amersall because the FSCS are dealing with our claims and they dont restructure it is possible that we will be given all the PPI back plus interest (we dont know if FSCS pay the 8% on top) and it will be our choice if we pay it off the loan.

    Does anyone know how long the FOS are taking to deal with claims, had a claim in since Feb 2009, still waiting for an adjudicator?
