Trust me even the interest for the last three years would be amazing at the rates Picture charge!

Am sure the interest would be only what had been paid by you to date. I can not see ot covering the full term!!!
It would only be what had been paid to date.

I wonder how ours would work out as we transferred the loan to the mortgage and paid Picture off. (mortgage is massive now, but there you go)

I would expect the full PPI plus the interest back over the 30 repayments made. Would we also get 8% stat?

Pinknico, this teeney weeney question has turned into another debate;)

Yes I think you would be right
Yours would possibly include repayments you had made for the 30 months, less any rebate that they might have been good enough to give you when you repaid the loan
I am unsure if we would get the 8% on top of this, cos remember the FSCS will have their own set of rules and will only pay 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the rest
Like you Bushbyh I would be happy with the PPI refunded and the interest on the PPI I had paid to date.:D

I am getting good at starting these debates off...Sorry ..Lol!:D

    Mar 06 it was 7.2% APR - 0.584% monthly

    Feb 08 it was 8.76 Apr -

Mar 08 went down to 8.51%. not aware of any other decreases after that.

I have been paying 10% for 2 years , so even if they dont put the 8% on as well I will be happy! I know they dont pay out compensation for distress etc but dont know about 8%. Thats a question for whoever rings the FSCS next.

We didn't get any PPI rebate. That was on the final statement next to PPI rebate as 0.00 We cancelled the PPI just before we started claim with FSCS.

I enjoy these debates - keep them going:rolleyes::D
