I wonder how ours would work out as we transferred the loan to the mortgage and paid Picture off. (mortgage is massive now, but there you go)
I would expect the full PPI plus the interest back over the 30 repayments made. Would we also get 8% stat?

Yours would possibly include repayments you had made for the 30 months, less any rebate that they might have been good enough to give you when you repaid the loan
I am unsure if we would get the 8% on top of this, cos remember the FSCS will have their own set of rules and will only pay 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the rest
Like you Bushbyh I would be happy with the PPI refunded and the interest on the PPI I had paid to date.:D
I am getting good at starting these debates off...Sorry ..Lol!:D0 -

Mar 06 it was 7.2% APR - 0.584% monthly
Feb 08 it was 8.76 Apr -

I have been paying 10% for 2 years , so even if they dont put the 8% on as well I will be happy! I know they dont pay out compensation for distress etc but dont know about 8%. Thats a question for whoever rings the FSCS next.DS1 12/10/04

We didn't get any PPI rebate. That was on the final statement next to PPI rebate as 0.00 We cancelled the PPI just before we started claim with FSCS.
