We definintely need someone with inside information.

I was just thinking (now my head hurts!) why do they have to go to the lender for information? What would they need that Deloitte (who were in charge of the Liquidation of Picture Financial) didnt already have in their possession except statements and figures:confused:

Must stop thinking about this now, could go on forever with theories and questions!

Think deloittes do have all the info they need, FSCS must must have been doing something all this time. I have even sent FSCS a full statement of all the payments plus interest that was made. I requested this info before FSCS took over. It was faxed to me from Picture so they know exactly what we have paid. I don't think I could possibly give them any more info if they needed it.

    Pinknico,

you are right, deloittes have been involved from the start. I wasn't really aware of that. They should have all the info they need.

Being such a massive, experienced company, you would expect them to be a bit more informative when we do call them.:confused:

    evening peeps,

i have recieved a letter today from lloyds with regard to my ppi claim , its says that as they compensated me the ngoodwill gesture(£200) on a previous ppi claim that they dont not need to give it me again as per fos agreement , does anyone know if this is common practice or are they just trying it on ?

    Hi Dazman
contact the FOS on this to make sure they should be able to confirm this to you.;)X

Me too, go to sleep thinking about it, wake up thinking about it. Up at 5.40am - start work 7am finish around 1pm (if i'm lucky,);) come home have a cuppa, try to do a bit before I log on, otherwise nothing will get done.
    night-god bless all
    xx
