I thought so as you have a number like beaniebabe and hers was sent from the FOS to the FSCS in a batch.

Are most numbers that have been passed from the FOS got similar numbers to Dialysis and me and what does this mean?:o

    Thanks Amersall
I have a good idea on my rights but OH is not as clued up! Don't worry they will not get away with anything and I will fight them to the end if need be:mad:
Not leaving a name and contact number is totally out of order.
I have since called them and it becomes more confusing as they were so happy to accept the smallest of repayments  It makes me wonder sometimes if there is much they can do about the situation themselves since they have gone belly up!!!
    Thanks for your support. xx
Hi beaniebabe sorry about the trouble you are having I think it is disgusting how they just turned up at your home. I find it strange though that it was target that turned up I thought they were now called Picture home loans that is who is fighting us for repo whats going on?

My OH said they introduced themselves as being from Target. I know that Target are the company that were used to deal with Picture accounts and can only imagine that this is why they called. Regarding your repo' was this something that started before Picture were declared in default. That might make a difference!
Did you find it easy to get them to accept small offers of repayment because I find this very strange! XX

They would only accept three quarters of the monthly premium not a small amount. At one point picture told us not to pay anything until our claim was sorted:confused:then they went for repo I think though that they went for repo after target took over It is very strange isnt it?

Sorry beaniebabe, it doesnt mean anything as the reference numbers are not really being used, they say it is date order of receipt.

I just couldnt work out why I had such a low number in August 2008 and you two had quite high numbers in July and August 2008, but as your forms were submitted straight away rather than having a form sent out to you for you to send back then you just would have been given the next number that hadnt been sent out yet but the date would be earlier than someone who had yet to return the form of a lower number. Does that make sense?:o
