Good to hear from you. Try not to worry too much ! My claim is also priority and I have a highish number and have not heard anything yet:rolleyes: Lets hope this is good news!

Court hearing sometime today. Am cacking it (sorry if I cant use that word MSE):eek:. I'll let you know how I get on when I get a letter in the post. I'm a bit concerned as the papers that I have seen in relation to my case all seem favourable, but the last letter I received mentioned '..you do have insurance if you dont succeed' - which doesn't breed confidence. Hi there,
Is it a questionaire?

If everything is already provided, then write to them to let them know to refer to your letter if you want to, or if you as if you must complete it, just write next to the questions (Please refer to me letter dated XX/XX/XXXX), they should really still investigate by the 8 weeks they have.

I have just come off the phone from Deloittes and they have informed me that they have received my claim but it is not marked as priority.
I asked them why not as I had been informed by FSCS that it would. I explained my circumstances again and the lady said she would make enquiries and call me back to see if it could be dealt with as priority. I asked how long priority cases would take and she could not say. She said once they had dealt with the claim it had to go back to FSCS so the process could still take a few months.
I questioned the information I had read about payments being made in August and she stated that she could not say but felt this was doubtful. I will wait for her to return my call and keep you updated. X

I hope they send me a letter. I am now waiting for them to call me back,:mad: I have informed them to leave me a message on my answer phone if I am not in and if I hear nothing today I will be chasing them up!!!
