2 weeks:mad: that's a joke. Why can't they be honest from the start instead of building hopes up. I remember them telling me that last November. Surely it cannot take much longer to be sorted:mad:

Well I'm keeping an eye on the Picture ones, so I know we will not be so long after.
Don't they sort them in batches I wonder?, like for instance one section will sort out 1-100, and so on but all at the same time sort of thing, so they will all be sorted more or less around the same time?;)

I think you will be right on that, they must have quite a few staff working on them otherwise they would take forever to complete. I'm sure it is just a case now of working out how much for each of us. They will have a programme set up to calculate them I would think;)I work on a pay system and the computer does all the calculations,it should be then a case of authorisation and THE LONG AWAITED CHEQUE:beer: or is that
too easy!!!:D

You do not need to enclose a copy of your agreements. They should hold all your details on date/microfiche.

If the other loans did not have PPI, then not to worry then, only concentrate on the loan with PPI.

On the last bit of the letter that is just basic and yes if they have no reason to uphold your complaint, they will give you the reasons, then you can write back and act on those reasons with further information as the next stage of the reclaim.;)

It doesn't matter how much, it is still your money. You have been so good to everyone on this site and I hope it comes through soon:A:beer:
I won't be getting anything as it my daughter and son-in-law's claim, other than complete satisfaction if it helps them clear some debts-thats all I want to see,the credit card being the main one.It will help so much as they have a big mortgate as they transferred the 2nd charge from Picture to it. But they are paying less than they were for the second charge to Picture

PICTURE is a swear word in their house, but at least they have got them out of their hair.They were so close to being in the same position as dialysis and this is why I can empathise with her so much and hope that hers comes through very soon.
I wish I had the guts t go on one of Martins TV show:eek::eek:

They borrowed to consolidate other loans which ended up costing them an extra £12000appr with interest. It could actually be more:mad:

I don't know what I will do when this is sorted- maybe get back to my books:D I am sure I will still be logging on though- it's addictive;) All I seem to do at the moment is go through the paperwork/agreements over and over again. Want to ensure I haven't missed anything should I need to fight the case further.:rolleyes:
