No this is not right, contact the FSCS and request a claims form.

    Hi there

It may have an affect on the case, but if you do have other reasons or due to your reason of complaint, you may still have a case.
They will not actually state it was mis sold as you did actually make a claim for 3 months on this, but if there are other issues involved here, you can complain to try to reclaim on this to what I know of as well.;)
    hi

    Hi there

I would write to them about your complaint, with your reasons of what you have.
Just like complaining of mis sold ppi, you can still complain on this issue if your not happy with the situation, just tell them you want this put right, and if they do not resolve this, you will take your complaint to the ombudsman, give them the usual 8 weeks.

May I ask if you have tried making a further claim?
And the reason for dispute, so we know where to take this hun?
    Cheers.;)

Morning all, had a phone call from Deloittes (exciting) and they were just data gathering but he told me it should not be too long now!
Trying not to read to much into this but was nice to get a phone call and know they dont need any more info from me and are actually looking at my claim.

Thats great Pinknico, the light gets brighter!!:T I have just sent off some statements which shows all payments made to Picture and the interest charged over the 30months my daughter was paying them.I requested them last year but forgot to send them. Hopefully it may speed up the process. Can I ask what number your ref is. Our ends with 282

Good luck and keep us all posted

    Hi Pinknico ;)

Deloittes said consent form was sent out by mistake, but not to worry as it was only the copy, and they apologised.

It did make me wonder though.....

  • Chances are you were mis-sold a PPI without you even being aware of the consequences. If I were you I would fill in some of the templates you will find online and contact a PPI claims company asap, because you can actually get that money back. If you check this ppiclaimcompany(dot)co(dot)uk you will find all the info and advise you need. They specialise in getting money back for unfair Payment Protection Insurances added on loans taken during the last 6 years. I think you could qualify...
    My best luck to you!

    Cheers,

    Meri
