    Hello there and welcome.;)

And your not thick lol :D;).

You can try to reclaim on any loan with PPI if this was mis sold to you for any reason, for more information check here:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

You will come across useful info on the above link, mis selling check list reasons and reclaim letter templates.
If any of the reasons occur to you in the list as well, add that in your letter along with what you have posted above, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, keep at them until they resolve in your favour, or until they issue you with the final response, they should if eligible give you details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), you can take your complaints to them if your not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.

Also post by recorded delivery, as this would be your proof of posting, and please keep us posted, good luck.;)

    Hi there

It may have an affect on the case, but if you do have other reasons or due to your reason of complaint, you may still have a case.
They will not actually state it was mis sold as you did actually make a claim for 3 months on this, but if there are other issues involved here, you can complain to try to reclaim on this to what I know of as well.;)

Morning all, had a phone call from Deloittes (exciting) and they were just data gathering but he told me it should not be too long now!
Trying not to read to much into this but was nice to get a phone call and know they dont need any more info from me and are actually looking at my claim.

  •

Hi, I'm new to this, so please be gentle. I used the PPI reclaim template a month or so again to send to Northern Rock regarding a personal loan that I have. I received a response and a questionnaire which I filled in and sent back on 6 July but have still not received a response - how long should I leave it before sending another letter or should I call them?

    All help appreciated

    Hi and welcome.

They have eight weeks to reply from the date of your first letter.
