    Hi everyone

Apologies if I have added this to the wrong forum so feel free to move to correct location if needed.

I took out a loan with A&L 2003 and repaid in full 2004. I no longer hold any of the paperwork and am unsure if I had PPI, what I would like to know, is can I request loan agreement information without an account number?

    Any advice gratefully received.

    P.

    Hello there

I would write to them to request for a true copy of your agreement (CCA), enclose a £1 postal order or cheque payment, they should supply this by 12 days.
    Post by recorded delivery.

If you have a mis sold policy to deal with, post up when your ready and if you need help for this.;)

    Hi there,

Newbie here, .... so be gentle with me.

I am in the process of claiming back CC payment protection from Lloyds TSB. I have only just noticed that I have been paying payment protection thru finding this website a few months back.

A few years ago they changed my card from a visa card to a new mastercard and I received no paperwork or agreed to Payment protection on this or the previous Lloyds TSB card which I had which I was transferred to when the Lloyds and TSB merged many years ago.

I am halfway thru my 8 weeks and I had an update letter recently to say that they have not been able to resolve my complaint and will continue to look into the issues I've raised. Apparently, it's takin them longer to gather all info but should be able to respond to me within the next 4 weeks.

I don't have any documentation but what I do know is that I was never given the choice to accept/decline this cover so I'm hoping that this will stand me in good stead.

What do you think? Have I a chance?

I was successful in claiming back ppi from A&L, in fact they actually contacted me to ask if I had been missold and I advised them that I was told I could only get the loan if I took ppi and I got £1700 back :D
  • Hi there i am new to this and just wondered what i have to do to find out if i was mis sold a ppi with my loans from llyods tsb bank. Many thanks Carla
