    I really sympathise with this one showergirl for personal reasons. Been there years ago.
    I am just really B****y angry:mad::mad:

    I am sick of hearing the powers that be saying what they are going to do and in the end it is us who have to sit around and take this s**t off the financial companies.

    I know but it all red tape it has to get through first. It is annoying but that is why everyone has to put up a fight to the right places being the OFT, FSA, FOS, MP's, the media, anyone that has clout really to let them know how we are being treated and hopefully others won't go through the same. Its one of the most stessful things in life losing your home cause its not just your "house", its all the other things too and the strain it puts on you is sometimes unbearable.

    I know we are accountable for our own spending and debt is something that we have to be partly to blame for but when we "ask" for loans we don't expect to be endured with more debt needlessly by the ones we trust the most. There is the problem.

    Sorry...I'm in the office and if full on management speak mode! Back Office is simply the non-customer facing work. In essence Deloitte do the donkey work and the FSCS have to put up with moaning sods like me :p

    I would just like to apologise for my outburst earlier and hope I didn't offend anyone.

    Thanks Marshallka,
    It is just that I got so angry at the way we are being treated and the consequences we have to face because of mis-selling by these companies

    Took my anger out on the kitchen floor, so that is another job out of the way

    Thanks Gumbi, well heres wishing us all the best of luck with our claims and that we hear something soon, with 600 claims to process I suppose some of us will be hearing sooner rather than later depending on our number in the queue.
