Could someone please help me. I'm reclaiming PPI Missold as box was pre ticked for insurance on a £9k loan. It is Lloyds TSB. Can someone give me the link for the PPi reclaiming Bank addresses as need to send first letter to the correct department. Also could you advise me on timescales with lloyds as I had a nightmare although successful in a bank charges and credit card reclaim before the test case. They really stalled me,

    Hi Shamrock,
This is Lloyds tsb all over "pre ticked box".
Here is the link to all the addresses, I imagine in regards of the PPI complaint, it will be the address in Newport South Wales, you will find the address in this link here:

They have 8 weeks in full to respond.

Keep at them and post up if any problems, if you hear nothing at all by 8 weeks then move your complaint on to the financial ombudsman service (FOS), sometimes they confirm while they are still investigating you can still move on to the FOS.

    Good luck.;)

Isn't it amazing that when threatened with the FOS A&L are now looking at Nassie's case.

I hope she gets a result.

If not then it is off to the FOS

    I will keep you posted

Hope you all have a good day and will speak to you tomorrow

Here is my email response in regards of Twopart Ltd.
    Dear Mr and Mrs

Thank you for your E mail of 14 July 2009 about your claim against Twopart Limited.

As you are aware, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) was set up to investigate claims for compensation against firms that are no longer trading and cannot honour claims themselves.

We have reached the final stage of our investigation into Twopart Limited to see whether it should be declared “in default”. Although I am unable to give an exact timescale as to when this will be completed, please be assured that we are trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I hope this clarrifies matters.

    Yours sincerely

Well, my unfair rebate complaint has been squashed in a way now as the FOS have told me (a manager there) that I will no doubt not win with it as it has been reviewed by someone there.

It has been there since May last year, before two adjudicators against the lender and then it was FOS that told me that unfair rebates of PPI need to be against the insurer and that it was under "compulsory jurisdicition". They wrote on my behalf in October. The insurer asked for 4 more weeks but I submitted it to FOS and have been checking weekly ever since and now after all this time I have been told this:confused:. I was supposed to have a call yesterday about it from this manager but he never did and then today also but nothing as to yet. I am more annoyed at the fact that I had my hopes up for a third time as this would have been a couple of grand and now nothing. Tiggrae advised me to go for this complaint against the lender but FOS said "no" its the insurer and I thought that unfair rebates WERE a complaint but seems not in my case. I really want an explanation to this as I am totally confused.
