Somebody has just turned the light on !!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to share with one and all that after many calculations I have now got my sums 100% correct and have finally worked out my Picture PPI redress.

Its very nice to now see this amount on paper, just need to get it being redrawn on one of their cheques !!!!

You ring the ICO if your having any problems with the bank giving you the information you require, if the bank are unable to send this to you, they should return your payment and a letter to explain why they cannot do so.;)

I resent the letter including a £1 cheque which I notice has bee cashed. I have recieved a letter from RBS (my claim is with Nat West) now saying an investigation team are looking into my claim.
Does this constitute as a reply within the 8 weeks stated?

Yesterday Showergirl rang A&L for me and threatened them with the FOS.

I have just rang A&L today and someone is looking at my case and I should receive a response next week.

I have told them that I have sent the forms off to the FOS as of yesterday no one had even bothered to look at things for me and they said they would get back to me ASAP.

I am just so glad I have the support of showergirl and yourselves to help me through this.

Could someone please help me. I'm reclaiming PPI Missold as box was pre ticked for insurance on a £9k loan. It is Lloyds TSB. Can someone give me the link for the PPi reclaiming Bank addresses as need to send first letter to the correct department.Also could you advise me on timescales with lloyds as I had a nightmare although successful in a bank charges and credit card reclaim before the test case. They really stalled me,

Hi there in regards of requesting for your agreement, they should supply that to you by 12 days.

Regarding reclaiming/complaining they do have 8 weeks in ful to respond.
