They might make you an offer and its worth a try! Good luck anyway.;)

Hi Mammamia I am in same situation having lost my job through ill health we cannot afford to pay picture and havent done for months. We have had the repossession letters although proceedings havent started yet. I asked the same question on here about mitigating circumstances and the good people on here seem to think that having an issue with picture may go in our favour not too sure though. As far as I am aware even if you pay your mortgage picture can repossess maybe someone on here will come along and know more. I hope you here before that happens though as it is a terrible situation to be in and the not knowing when it will happen is so unfair when non of this is our fault. Hope things work out for you
Thanks for the advice. I am hoping that we will all hear from the FSCS soon and hopefully can hold out until then. I hoep your claim goes well too.0 -
beaniebabe wrote: »Thanks Amersall. I am reluctant to claim on the PPI. I think this is a crafty move on Pictures part. I do not think for a minute they will pay out as the operation was due to a pre existing condition and OH was in temporary employment. The policy was mis sold for definate so I am not going to be tempted and am going to stick it out. They are not getting a penny more from me!!;)
I think you are right to hold out, Picture are probably aware that they will have to pay alot more soon on claims and I wouldn't trust them - they are loan sharks in disguise.0 -
Dear all,
I took first letter into natwest branch requesting five weeks ago my loan account numbers.
I still have not heard from them. For anyone who has reclaimed with Natwest have they got an address I can send a registered letter to? They were sayin on the phone it would take a bit of time etc etc but I think they are taking the mick now!!
Their loans were extortionate so I'd love to get my money back off them!!0 -

Hi there
That is just not on.........
Have these addresses here as on the "address thread"
Natwest
Registered Office
135 Bishopsgate
LONDON
EC2M 3UR
Natwest
Credit Management Service
Kendal Court
Ironmasters Way
Telford
TF3 4DT
I would give the information commissioners office (ICO) a ring to ask if they can help in any way by getting in touch with Natwest.
https://www.ico.gov.uk/Global/contact_us.aspx
So I take it then you have requested for a copy of the agreements (CCA) as well with payments of £1 each in postal order or cheque payments, with given them your personal details of your address date of birth etc?
If you have made payments to request for copies of the agreements, as they have the account numbers on them.
If you have done it this way, they should have supplied them by 12 days of you requesting for these, so if they have not complied then contact the ICO, otherwise request for the agreements with the £1 payments for each one, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi there
The choice is yours, some write back and tell them they should still hold the information from when this was sold to you. (Unless 6 years have passed, where they may require these details).
They should still investigate by the 8 weeks they are entitled to.
Give us a yell if you get any problems and good luck.;)
Thanks.Still have all the paperwork from the loan which they have been sent with the original letter asking for it back. Just can't see why what I earnt in my 1st job 7 years ago is relevent to misselling.April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£1500 -

hi all
help please.
i phoned ocean finance today to ask if they received my ppi complaint letter. a lady told me that the address i wrote to is now a block off flats, so they wont off received my letter. also the company has changed names and the previous owner is not there anymore.
she mentioned that she will send my details and complaint to the solicters of the old company. she also asked why i was mis sold my ppi, i replyed about single premium policy (didn't know anything about it) and the 5 years it covered (not full term). she seemed to know what i was talking about!!!!!!
with the soliceters being involved, does this mean going to court straight away??
or being looked at differently??
thanks in advance
