Thanks in anticipation to any replies - this is my 1st post

Hi there and welcome.
I would write to them and request for a copy of your agreement, and enclose a payment of £1 in either postal order or cheque payment, they should supply you with the copy by 12 days.
Remember to also post by recorded delivery.
For even more information you can always request a SAR (Subject access request) however, the payment for this again made by postal order or cheque payment for £10, they have 40 days to comply.
Here is the SAR template with details to follow, good luck.;)

Just a thought, I take it then obviously you have no account numbers to add to the template of the SAR.
For them to track your details down, give them as much information as you can, for instance if your address were different when you taken out the finance, your date of birth, also any change of surname, hope this help and sorry I forgot to add this on my above post.;)
This goes for both SAR request, or for just the copy of agreement request XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Would i be able to send this SAR to my bank so as i could get all my financial info off them in one go?
Thanks D0 -

Hi there
Depending on what bank it is, some have separate data depts for these matters, but if you do send to your bank make sure they give you a receipt of some sort, or still post it by recorded delivery to ensure they have received these, this is your proof of posting, you can track down on the Royal mail website.;)

Hi Pammie
No company should ever tell you that you can't reclaim mis sold PPI - or that you can't even make an allegation of mis -selling, and they have to conduct an investigation into the sale of the policy, regardless of whether it has been paid off, in arrears, written off or still active and up to date.
I'm thinking maybe they said you couldn't claim because it was paid of because they got the wrong end of the stick and thought you were trying to claim on the ppi, not claim it back if you get what I mean?
Anyway, whatever they thought I would definately have a look at the template letter on this site and see if any of the ideas on there seem to fit your situation. Send a letter to all your creditors for every loan and credit card etc that has had PPI on it and start the process of claiming it back
As everyone on here has said, we can all give you lots of help and advise and good luck! Keep us updated on everything too!

Mel thanks for posting up.
Funny how you should say that about them getting the wrong end of the stick, was reading over Pammie's post again just now and that had come to my mind as well, because they are making a point "there is nothing left to claim" because its all paid for anyway....
So Pammie like Melorablack says, get that letter in, good luck.:D;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
