hi irnbru it is 3.2.79

the firm should consider all of it's sales of payment protection contracts to the complainaint in respect of re-financed loans that were rolled up into the loan covered by the payment protection contract that is the subject of the complaint. the firm should consider the cumulative financial impact on the complainaint of any previous breaches or failings in those sales

Hi All.

I have quiet a few PPIs with loans, I have just recived a letter from Barclaycard stating that because I took out my credit card before January 2001, I have no refund, and I cant take it to FOS.

Argos have also written back to me stating that because I took it out before January 2005, I have no refund and nor can I take it to FOS.

Please can you tell me if there is any way I could get these guys to pay up, as Im preety certain after reading these forums that I have been mis-sold.

Hi only an idea call the fos they might advise you to go the broker route see what they say, it's worth a shot.
