DID YOUR BANK DAMAGE YOU IN ANY WAY ?

DID ANY OF THIS HAPPEN TO YOU ?

1: You were sold a PPI on the understanding that you were covered should you not be able to make repayments.
2: When you were sold the PPI, were you asked questions regarding your employment status, any medical condition, any limitations that might/could mean you were not covered

DID YOU MAKE A CLAIM ON THE PPI ?
1: Were you then told your claim was not valid
2: Did you query this fact and were met by deaf ears ?

BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT PAY ...
1: Did the bank listen regarding the PPI ?
2: Did they start to theaten and harass you ?
3: Did debt collectors contact you making threats
4: Was your credit file attacked / scored by the bank / debt collector ?

THESE BANKS COMMITTED FRAUD BY SELLING YOU A PPI THAT WOULD NEVER PAY OUT ..... A FRAUDULENT POLICY (FRAUD ACT 2006)

    RBS / NATWEST
LLOYDS TSB / HALIFAX / HBOS / ST ANDREWS / BLACKHORSE
    MBNA (USING ST ANDREWS PPI)
BARCLAYS /EGG and all companies now owned by Barclays
    NATIONWIDE
    M&S MONEY (MARKS AND SPENCER)
    SAINSBURY'S
    TESCO
HSBC (HSBC rip off OAP's) ... JUST FINED 7MILLION
CAPITAL ONE (Already fined for mis-selling)
    CLYDESDALE
    .... and more ?

If you have suffered at the hands of these banks as a result of their fraud, you are fully entitled to Claim for Damages against them, The amount will be reliant on the damage they have done to you. It could well exceed £50,000

    WHAT TO DO NOW
If you have been damaged and suffered harassment by the fraudulent banks, sit down and work out the damage and stress they caused you, there is no set figure, the more they damaged you the more you can claim.

WHAT THE BANKS WILL DO WITH YOUR CLAIM
As we already know, they are famous for ignoring you. HOWEVER, they did commit fraud against you and that is illegal and they will be brought to justice during 2012

GET YOUR DAMAGES CLAIM IN NOW.
The earlier you place your claim, the higher up the list you will be. If you are still being chased by debt collectors just send them a copy of your claim and WARN THEM never to contact you again as you will charge them with harassment.

GREEDY DEBT COLLECTORS NEVER UNDERSTOOD THE PPI FRAUD
Many debt collectors have been badly burned by purchasing debts from banks at discounted prices. Their own greed has now created huge losses for them.
If you have been subjected to PPI fraud by the banks, you simply tell debt collectors to VANISH. NEVER AGREE TO PAY A DEBT COLLECTOR OR WORK OUT A DEAL IF YOU HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED BY A BANK

A COURT OF LAW will be more than interested in these fraudulent activities and once ONE BANK loses in court, AS THEY WILL, the floodgates will open for us all

Need further information how to do this and protect yourself against the leeches, just PM me

you can try stormy if they won't deal with you send it to the fos, i have had this with LTSB it's taken me 6 months and they keep knocking me back although i was self employed when i took out the ppi so i fossed it in the end, you can get sick and tired of all the squit in the end can't you
Have looked everywhere for a draft copy of the first letter to send but to no avail, does anyone have anything suitable please.
On another tangent if you have received a payout the interest part is taxable - is that right? Is this automatically taken by the bank or do you have to contact HMRC directly. Thanks in advance.

If the bank pays you GROSS you have to inform HMRC of the amount of 8% interest you received and pay tax on it. Even the tax office are inconsistent, I have been told they can't change your tax code to pay it over the remainder of the year so are sending me a payment slip to pay the full amount in one hit and other information is saying they can change your tax code. It's a MAD MAD WORLD we live in ;)
    Successes
    Sainsbury's/BOS £6,400 Paid :)
    MBNA £3,600 Paid :)

Maybe you could try getting your local MP to chase them up for you, sometimes they have the direct contact numbers.
    Good luck.;)

I'm not so sure now whether to attempt to claim or not, the bank won't/can't give me the information they say too long has passed. I don't have any information and the payments don't appear on my SO/DD list, feel as if it may be a lost cause.

    Hi there
I would get a reclaim in anyway, many have still been successful without the paperwork and had taken that chance.

Mine was succesful from a few accounts from the 90's and I did not have all paperwork either, although they may still come back with at least an offer if they're unable to find any data on the accounts.

Give it a shot, good luck.;)

Hello all, I'm a newbie on here but have some good news and a question. I have had an offer from MBNA for £12k, I only made the claim on a speculative basis, so I'm blown away with the result. They have quoted one of the 7 card numbers I have had on 2 MBNA accounts. I've had both accounts for over 15 years and only stopped the PPI on both about 18 months ago. Am I right in thinking that the 2 accounts are separate and will be dealt with separately, meaning that they may well offer on the other card as well ?

    Well done that is fab!

I assumed they would have to deal with them separately, but what I would do is contact them just to be sure, as it may differ from one bank to the other, again well done!:T
