PPI Reclaiming Discussion part 4

Thanks Amersall, I will try and word a letter this week. I am just worried that they might turn round and say in that case the whole loan needs to be paid off or my monthly bill will increase. How much do you think I will be able to claim back?
Thanks
z
Hi
they cannot make you pay for the full loan, and remember lots are in the same position and have been successful!
They must treat you fairly and if you have a reclaim of the PPI, then your in your right to ask for it to be refunded back to you.
The amount you receive depends what you paid of the ppi plus interest to each monthly payment and the relevant interest etc.
You can of course use the reclaim questionnaire below to make your reclaim if you prefer, remember to save a copy, send to the ones responsible to selling you the account, head office or complaints dept.
Good luck.

Hi Dizzy, what do you think about the Lloyds thing, something is very wrong here
Hi
:mad::mad::mad:
Something defo not right!
Strange it was posted about the long delays on here and there the other day and now this!!!
I did hear that they are using Deloittes to help out on the refunds as well, these are used by the Financial Compensation Scheme (FSCS) so all I can say if this is the case then god help, mine and others experiences with Deliottes are not that good, they do tend to mess up a lot!!The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
No disrespect to those waiting for lloyds payouts, but I sincerely hope if it is Deloittes that this won't have a knock on effect to those waiting on FSCS payouts, the process with them is slow enough!0

Hi,
Received my Credit Report yesterday and there was nothing to show that I was made bankrupt. Even the two companies listed on it were not on my report. I was made bankrupt in 2005 and I read somewhere that if a debtor has not contacted you for six years then the debt is becomes statute barred.
Does this mean that Official Receivers cannot take your PPI money. I am with loggerhead with Halifax because they want to send the cheque to Official Receiver although the two loans I had with Halifax were paid off. Is this right? Has anyone experienced this? The other two loans were listed in my bankruptcy and has been six years since and had no contact with them since then. The two companies do not even appear on my Experian Credit Report.0 -
Thank you. Will certainly have a go at this.0

Hi
I know what you mean.
I understand they are a big team, but with my experience of Deloittes, they do tend to sometimes get in a muddle , and sending paperwork out twice.......well 3 times in my case.
However, that was well over a year or 2 ago now and I expect in that time they have improved...........i hope so anyway.
I assume they will have a separate dept within Deloittes though dealing with these cases to the FSCS cases.;) xThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
