I understand London Scottish are in administration what letter should I send and has anyone had any luck claiming from them?

    Hi there

London Scottish reclaims are being dealt with by the Financial Compensation Scheme (FSCS), so you would have to contact them for a form.
If your account was sold to you from Jan 2005, they would have been regulated by the FSA, so the FSCS are able to deal with your complaint.

If you were sold the account before that, you should contact the Financial ombudsman Service (FOS) who will suggest another avenue, normally with the underwriter/insurer of the policy, as these would have been regulated as being an insurer, hope this helps, good luck and details of FSCS below.

Also check on a thread I posted sometime ago with companies in default being dealt with by the FSCS.

    Dear All,

I have been following your advise and have sent off 4 SAR's letters along with 4 x £10.00 cheques, so far the following has happened:

London Scottish - no cheques cashed wrote to me to say they would oblige with the information requested which they have now provided :), there is loads of PPI on there, where can I find the template letters to start the reclaim?

Advantage Finance - nothing no cheque cashed.

Capital One - Nothing Cheque Cashed

    Vanquis - Nothing cheque cashed

They still have a few days to respond though, what should I do if they dont respond?

    Hit em hard mac
