Hi

A while ago I took out a loan with HFC, recently sent a letter to ask about PPI with my loan. They have sent a reply stating a full and final settlement offer including interest.
Do we wish to accept this offer, it will remain open for 6 weeks then will be withdrawn. should it not be accepted, it can be referred the the FOS for review.
Don't really know what to do, any advice?
