Hi, my loan ppi claim with Black Horse was upheld at the beginning of August, the letter they sent with figures only had interest calculated up to yesterday. The letter stated that if the slip was signed and returned within 2 weeks (it was returned same day), this would give ample time for the money to be in my account by the date that the interest had been calculated up to.

Does anyone know how the payments are made ?BACS or faster payment as the money is not in my account and the only BACS payment pending for Tuesday is my wages!
hi i'm in the same boat as you sent mines back 4th august spoke to blackhorse customer services on thursday and asked them when a cheque would be sent she said it would be bacs into bank account i said they didn't ask for bank account details on acceptance form she said they would have these details if i had loan running with them at mo which i have
hope this helps mine must be in same pile as yours then!

Hi vic Di and myself had loans upheld with LTSB this year and speaking for myself they paid the money in by bacs, took about 3 weeks.

Thanks for that, I think I'll give them until the end of next week then and then I'll start making a nuisance of myself lol. I sent the acceptance recorded so I know they received it the next day

They might take 16 weeks, but by FSA rules they're supposed still complete within the 8 weeks, Clydesdale and their sister bank Yorshire weren't part of the Judicial Review so they weren't given the extension of time to 16 weeks, however, the other choice is going to FOS, the bank should write to you to ask for more time and give you the choice and details for going to FOS.
I'm also coming up to a 12 week period next week, and the emails to the CEO will start soon, his name is David Thorburn. Here is the email address for the ppi customer services.
AQU.PPI@eu.nabgroup.com

You could also email the ceo, David.Thorburn@eu.nabgroup.com if you CC the customer care it might help speed up the process.

Clydesdale don't really have any great need to have this extra time as the amnount of claims they receive is very small compared to Llloyds/HBOS/RBS/Barclays.

Lastly all I'd say is even waiting a few more weeks will be better than going to FOS with the time it takes them to sort these out, in which case unless you get a rejection of your complaint it's worth waiting.

Hi Di

Thank you so much email sent to both yorkshire and rbs with amendments, but thanks a bunch, im dyslexic and putting a letter together takes hours so thank again.
I have got the new ceo address, he took over July 2011
David.Thorburn@eu.nabgroup.com
Thanks again
