    Good luck Cappo:D:j;) x

cheers Di same to you with yours,it's going to save me a £10.00 sar fee if they just give me these credit card account numbers, ceo has stopped answering my emails now mind you i did say that they were involved in fraud which i suppose did'nt do a lot for my case, i'm prepared to call it a day with this last lot from LTSB now,i suppose it all depends on whether they will just accept that i had ppi on the cards,i mean they obviously know, but will they admit it to me? i know i had it,and i know i was sold the policy when i was self employed, it will save a lot of mucking about with the ico as i suspect that is where i will end up having to go.

    Hi Cappo

Well I damn hope they sort this out then, my brother in law is having the same problem, he was self employed in the early 2000's, he said when he was sold the business loan, they told him he had to have the ppi as it was all package of the loan, yet he would not have been eligible to make claim, one he is self employed, (even though some will pay out for this), he has back problems and have done for more than 15 years, and another reason for being told ppi was in inclusive of a business loan, he is also on meds for depression and have been on them for 17 years.
He is also has dyslexia, and could not understand the terms and conds.
Because he have given these reasons, they are saying they're unable to track down his account number of the loan, now he is waiting for some details back from the HMRC which will hopefully hold the details of the account.

yes Di it,s not on is it,despite the jr there still lying through there teeth (the banks) i mistakenly thought that when the fsa/fos won they'd play by the rules, but in the banks rulebook, there are no rules, tell him to keep plugging away at them,it's all you can do Di.

I wouldn't be surprised if the banks have been having a mass cull on paperwork over the past few weeks, god help them if they do, I can only imagine the ICO getting inundated with complaints!
Thanks to all the competition posters.

i don't know if the fsa would let them get away with that, saying that they've let them do everything else they've wanted.

This is very true, they have. It does make you wonder, I was lucky when I sar'd RBS they sent me just looked like a big printout and the very last page had my loan details, not agreements, just the number the amount of the loan and the ppi amount. I noted there was no credit card details in amongst it, and I didn't have anything else or an old number to go back to them with even just to check on it. Never mind I'll be happy when they pay out on the five loans.
Thanks to all the competition posters.

They have to comply to the Data Protection Act (DPA), have you also made a point to Lloyds that you will contact the Information Commissioners office (ICO) in regards of this matter of the SAR Cappo?

    Hi All

Happy belated bday di hope it was a good one and you was spoilt lots!

Just a little update on the reclaims im doing for OH

    Emails sent 18th July
Barclays> had to send 2 and then received 2 letters back on Saturday within 2 weeks one from a customer service advisor and one from Bob Diamond who is ceo and who i actually emailed, Thanking us for bringing it up, sorry there was a problem but due to backlog and being so busy etc we have been given a date of 8th November!!!! They do state it could be sooner. They also sent with this a questionnaire to fill in, is this standard please with Barclays?

Alliance and leicester which was 1 loan > Got automated response on email from Santander who i believe have taken these over but heard nothing back so ill be sending another tomorrow, does this seem fair after not hearing anything personal back after 2 weeks??

Black Horse which was 2 loans> they emailed us back straight away and said they would be back in touch within 2 weeks but heard nothing yet, am i ok to email them back tomorrow afternoon if nothing heard back during the day?

    Many thanks xxx
