    Hi all,

apologies if I've missed this one, but would there be value in creating a thread where we could keep tally on various banks timelines for settlement?

So if we had a seperate thread for each of the main banks covered by the FSA extension:

    RBS
    Lloyds Group
    HSBC
    Barclays

and had that thread moderated so it was kep to:

    Date claim started:
Current position: (Initial bank complaint/FOS Adjudicator/FOS Ombudsman appeal/Bank agreement to settle/Bank paid)

This would then enable a true piucture to be formed

Its clear from the main success/failure thread that claims are NOT being processed in order, despite the banks waffle so I thought it may benefit all to have a regulated thread that just held the above details (facts only, no discussion)

    ?

Congratulations to all who have got their PPI back!

    Hiya

That does actually sound like a good idea.

Wonder if this can be done as "stickies", so they are always there and do not drop down the list?

What I used to do to request for stickies as I did for the Address thread was pm the MSE folks, think one of them now is MSE Helen.;)

    Good one!:T

Wow! Fast forward a month today and Lloyds TSB will have redeemed themselves by upholding my LPI/PPI claims :D;)

I certainly won't be complaining if it's sorted sooner though!!!

    Good luck everyone!
