Hi All,
I wonder if anyone can help, either encountered the same problems or know what to do? I recently sent a letter to my credit card company, asking for a list of all charges and a copy of my original credit agreement and T&C's; along with the standard cheque for £1.00.
I have since received a reply enclosing a copy of the signature page for my application, along with T&C's and a list of all PPI charges. Along with this they sent a covering letter stating the following " unfortunately, it is taking longer than anticipated to retrieve a copy of your original application form. I apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. I will ensure that a copy is forwarded for your records as soon as it has been received.
This was nearly a month ago and nothing received. The reason I need this as I believe my credit card application was made using a pre ticked form but can not be 100% certain. Which if it was would be a guaranteed claim.
Please could anyone offer advise??0 -
Hi there, give them a ring and chase this up,although if they get this for you it may show no ppi,as sometimes cc ppi is "sold" to you when you activate the card.paddy_rich wrote: »Hi All,

Hi Amersall - thanks for coming back so quick.
If I call them and they still say they can not provide, is there anything I can do or say to get them to speed it up?
If I remember rightly im sure when I applied like I say was a pre-ticked form, all I did was sign and they accepted and sent out my card and confirmation of a limit. Dont recall ever speaking to any sales people at all which is why I really need the application as backup to start my claim.0 -
Did you do this online? if you did then you need to get a copy of the agreement,if they still say they cant find it,then hint you will go to FOS as this is holding a complaint up that you may have for mis sell.paddy_rich wrote: »Hi Amersall - thanks for coming back so quick.
