Well with them merged with Lloyds they do send a breakdown, I remember about 2 years ago they sent mine on request.

Thank you, I have used Di advice and sent an email to the CEO and have mentioned that if this is not dealt with i will take it to FOS.

Although my cc ppi is with Halifax redress and calculations i don't remember ever actually filling in any forms with figures on them! So i won't really know what is correct apart from the statement browsing i have done

If they come back to me with a figure will it have a complete breakdown or if not can i request one before accepting any offer they send me

Hi there, if the breakdown they give you does not give all the info then request this.
Sometimes they give you total breakdown,sometimes they just give you xyz.
