    I have been claiming for a mis sold PPI from Lloyds TSB. It has been to court once when the Judge asked me to submit a statement as to the events of the day I visited the bank and took out the loan, which was several years ago but I have tried to recollect to the best of my knowledge. This has now been sent to the court and I have to go back on Monday 9th March. Lloyds sent a representative last time so I presume they will again. Can anyone give me any advise re court hearing. The PPI was mis sold on medical grounds as I was not asked about any pre existing medical conditions.

    Hi Zeblet, just to wish you luck on this case and even though I have never gone that route myself I expect there have been many who have, hopefully they will post up and let you know of what to expect, but the very best of luck to you anyway, fingers crossed for you.:A ;)

    Hi Di

    Hope you are ok and have enjoyed your little win. Have pm you.

    Di the other day you posted on here that when somebody claims on a PPI policy they can still claim their PPI back because you had read on another FORUM that somebody had done that. Did you find any more about that cause it would be good to know about it.xx:D

    Hi Max

    Not too bad thanks hun, just sent you another pm and thanks for yours :D .

    Have explained a little more on the pm about the PPI thingie, but do not know how to actually explain this in words on here lol, but have a read, see what yout think first (your opinion) as I do not want to give out info that will not work if you know what I mean.;)

    I was thinking though maybe the poster could contact the FOS to check first, what do you think?

    Cheers Max, catch ya soon.:A ;)

    Hi Di. That would make sense that people can still reclaim if it is unfair rebate cause that makes sense to me. If people are going for miss sold and claim on it surely they cannot do that. Reasons being that it cannot be miss sold if somebody has claimed because they have had use of it.

    Does that make sense. If anybody else has any knowledge of this please
    let us know.:confused:
