Don't back down on the rejections though, write back and prove your point, keep at them and if your able to complain to the FOS after a final decision I would do that, good luck.;)

don't worry about capital one all the cases seem to be getting rejected now especially if it's for a card with a decent balance on it,stay strong,go to the fos,and push it up to ombudsman level if necessary, capital one don't like paying out.

Sorry about not replying earlier, i've been at work all day. I submitted my complaints early December 2010. I emailed the CEO of Lloyds as Black Horse is part of them. I only had to send him a couple of emails then all of a sudden they emailed me to say that an offer letter is in the post which I received the next day. I'm still waiting for my money though, they said it could take up to 8 weeks and its only been 3 so far.

Good luck with yours, keep on at them and hopefully you will hear something soon

You need to send this to FOS and enclose copy of agreement that shows ppi and ask that they look at this again.
Before you do, ring Black Horse and let them know you are taking this to FOS as you have the agreement that clearly shows ppi, if you get no joy,then email
