Good question Di, i remember a post about it, i can't remember whose post or thread it was, i don't think it was your main thread over there,it's got me beat it could have been matty, i know it related to the fos giving people extra payments for the inconvenience of having to wait,but a bank whooa seems strange to me.

Most odd,it says nothing about it does it, oops sorry guys i've now read the letter again it says do uphold not don't what was citibird saying about men, guilty as charged,ha ha i thought the banks were being a bit generous,i'll get rid of any relevant posts as they might mis advise people, shoot me at dawn lol0 -

Cap 1 said NO - going FOS
received letter today from REDCATS AND BLACKHORSE FINAL DECISIONS
Redcats / Empires - they said NO - no miss sale as would have provided all info when added to my account.
Black horse says no miss sale as no payment protection was taken out on the car loan if i thought there was i needed to send proof... YET i paid the £1.00 for the original paperwork and received a letter from them saying enclosed is a copy of your original docs which included payment protection.
so that 3 down.
