I have found out that HSBC CEO is the same as HFC, so if anyone need to chase or has any issues, I came across an email here.

hi Di - they have sent everything.
the original contract, the terms and conditions, and all my payments which was from 08/2007 to 02/09 when i paid a lump sum to clear it.
it shows the payments of £169 and on the day i cleared the balance i was also charges £25.00 collectactivity fee.

also had paper work from CITI - did you gues know they have changed their name to Opus.- anyway they have not cashed the cheque sent the info to me.
THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE ALSO DONE IS sent someone elses statement with mine.

I would then get a claim in, when it comes to calculations, there are a few on these forums that will be able to check them for you, but you will not need them to make a reclaim.
Just complete the reclaim questionnaire to make a reclaim, keep a copy of it as well, and send one to the head office or their complaints dept.
They normally have up to 8 weeks to make a decision, but may possibly ask for more time due to backlogs, however they should acknowledge your complaint within a week or 2 after they receive it.

Blimey, I would go mad if my details went elsewhere, not very careful are they, make them know of this statement as well, that will put them in their place.

Are you saying that they have added and that you have been paying for ppi and never asked for it?
You do not need to calculations to make a reclaim, but if you were paying for this, you could write to them and ask them the amount, or even ring them if you want to, the only other way would be to request a SAR (Subject Access Request) for more data on the account to be sent to you, the only thing here is this costs £10 cheque or postal order and can take up to 40 calendar days to arrive.
I would ask first if they can supply the amounts to you first without the need of the SAR.
If you do decide to want to send a SAR for all your data, there is a letter template below you can tweak to your requirements, good luck.

OMG, is this the same account they told you that you did have ppi on it?:eek:
The same Di you can't believe them can you, i've given them 14 days to send me a agreement via emai or hardcopy pref both or i will sar the bank have now sent two emails with cc's to antonio again,they just never give up trying it on do they,they would'nt spend 3 weeks finding out you had no ppi would they,i thought i could do this easily,i don't think it's going to be the case.0
