I second that dizzy,I think she needs a whole lot of medals,as to your cases, don't give up now, the j.r is over the banks are going to have to start processing complaints now,but of course they'll drag there feet it's to put you off and make you give up, the banks are doing this with nearly everyone now,Don't lose heart if the credit has indeed been missold you will get your money back,we all knew it was going to take a while, the longer it takes the banks to deal with your cases the more interest you will receive if missold, also if the cases had had no merits chances are that they would have already been rejected, i'm getting the same with mbna and hsbc now,i Don't care if it takes a year! the way to look at it, is if it's not been missold you'll not get any money back if it has you will get a refund with interest calculated to when you sign the acceptance, don't give up now dizzy or any of the rest of you, that is exactly what the banks want you to do!0 -

I am really not doing very well with my claims. I have now had a further letter from Egg stating that even after 8 weeks they are still unable to resolve my complaint and if they cannot resolve it within the next 4 weeks they will write again! It is so frustrating I dont seem to be getting anywhere with any of my claims.
We have also had a letter back from Black Horse asking for more details on the loan, but we have given them all the details we hold, do you think sending off an SAR would help them find the details any better?
The same as above also with Direct Line asking for more details and asking for £10 if we send off more details.
Natwest still havent sent me any details as I was promised by them on 24/5/11.
The Co-operative bank (who were very helpful) sent off my claim to HBOS (who apparently our loan from AA was with and not Co-op as first thought) on 31/5/11 and still no word from HBOS.
Also I have a letter dated 6/6/11 from Barclaycard stating that they wrote to me on - wait for it - 23/6/2011 asking for more details!!!!
I am so fed up and with the terrible week (other bad things happening at home) I have had anyway I am starting to lose all hope and thinking of giving up but with my husband having to work a week a month without pay we could really do with some extra money at the moment.
Don't give up ..... I somehow don't think that the FSA and FOS ever dreamed that the banks would continue to behave so badly after the court case. Everyone must put pressure on the banks, and as I keep saying the one to apply the pressure to is the Chairman/CEO. Assuming these people are human as well, it will start to get to them as well.
CONSTANT LETTERS, CONSTANT PRESSURE.
Had to laugh about Barclaycard, fancy sending the letter 11 days into the future, maybe they have time machines that even Dr Who does not know about haha :rotfl::beer::T0 -

We all have to be the itch the banks can't scratch,we are all entitled to our money back if missold, hound them, aggravate them,do whatever you need to do to get your money back, lets all remember the missold ppi funds don't belong to the banks they belong to us.Keep strong.0 -

Out of most emails I know or find, the one I really want is the one for HFC and unable to find it, and for this I contacted HSBC as they are members of the same bank, and he got back to tell me the name of the HFC bank CEO.
I tried by putting the email address together - sent and its unknown.
The HFC Customer Service email is no longer live unfortunately!
Sent them a letter last week, left them my email address as well, and told them this would be the quicker and cost free of getting back to me, but up to now, naff all, so maybe something will appear from them in the post this week. This is not even a complaint but a general query as stated to them.
If anyone does have the direct HFC CEO email address, please could you post it up? thank you so much in advance.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

What a lovely way of putting it and yes, give them a great big ITCH.
And remember everyone, the "mis-selling" is covered by the fraud act 2006. So they have taken your money by deception which is fraud.
The more people who claim fraud against them, the more it will get noticed by the authorities as it is a criminal offence. If we committed fraud, we would end up in prison and banks are not exempt from the law although some of these CEO's think they are.
Fraud is my number one method now and I will continue with it until I get satisfaction.
Don't forget, if any of these banks have harmed your credit rating due to the lies they told giving you false protection, not only can you claim your PPI payments back with interest, you can also claim for damages which could be a lot.0 -
The power of word and mouth is HUGE and dangerous if you are on the wrong side. Everyone should tell friends/relatives etc to visit this site to show they are not alone0
