nt have the other account number

Yes you can. Many of us have had success making reclaims going back that far and earlier.
I would try your luck with the bank you were paying the payments to, and see if they still have hold of them if you can.;)

Don't give up ..... I somehow don't think that the FSA and FOS ever dreamed that the banks would continue to behave so badly after the court case. Everyone must put pressure on the banks, and as I keep saying the one to apply the pressure to is the Chairman/CEO. Assuming these people are human as well, it will start to get to them as well.
    CONSTANT LETTERS, CONSTANT PRESSURE.

Had to laugh about Barclaycard, fancy sending the letter 11 days into the future, maybe they have time machines that even Dr Who does not know about haha :rotfl::beer::T

Funny you mention this I put in a SAR request to the SAR team, but got my replies from the PPI reclaim team, they must be having the foresight for the reclaim coming in the post.
Thanks to all the competition posters.

Clydesdale Bank can be absolute horrors, I've got a claim in on behalf of my OH, hopefully they've changed a bit since the first claim we done, we got replies back from head office in Glasgow, instead of down in Leeds, so hopefully it's better dealt with up here.
Stick to your guns and email the CEO if necessary, I did and got things going with our claim.
Good luck and keep us updated.
Thanks to all the competition posters.
