PPI Reclaiming Discussion part 4

It would appear that companies who offered their services no win no fee, to reclaim bank charges and PPI's may have lost a lot of business.
I hope that one of them will wake up to the implication of damages against the banks. I would happily alllow them to take a meaty chunk of the amounts paid for my claim for damages0 -
Out of most emails I know or find, the one I really want is the one for HFC and unable to find it, and for this I contacted HSBC as they are members of the same bank, and he got back to tell me the name of the HFC bank CEO.
I tried by putting the email address together - sent and its unknown.
The HFC Customer Service email is no longer live unfortunately!
Sent them a letter last week, left them my email address as well, and told them this would be the quicker and cost free of getting back to me, but up to now, naff all, so maybe something will appear from them in the post this week. This is not even a complaint but a general query as stated to them.
If anyone does have the direct HFC CEO email address, please could you post it up? thank you so much in advance.;)
Tried to do some digging for you Di it,s the same ceo as hsbc, according to what i can see hfc doesn't seem to have another ceo email addy0 -

Thank you so much for looking on my behalf Cappo, I do really appreciate it.;)
When I spoken to the CEO at HSBC he did give her name but said he has no email for her lol.
He also said its a matter of HFC to deal with my query and not HSBC unfortunately. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

It also depends on if its a monthly (good) or single (bad) premium policy.
My husband had a loan which had PPI added at the beginning so that he then paid interest on both the money lent and the PPI. Is this what you mean by a 'bad' premium? He didn't need the PPI as he would be paid by work and then we had a policy for unemployment, critical illness, death etc. so we are putting in a complaint. In our niavity at the time we accepted PPI as being part and parcel of getting the loan. If it is a 'bad' premium does this add to our mis-selling argument.?
Will we need to provide evidence of the other policy that we had. We have changed companies since this loan finished so I will have to do some digging around to get policy details, will start looking now if they will be needed!
Another question, please!! Is it worth mentioning that my husband works for the company owned by a very close family member and from experience he would continue to pay my husband full pay longer than the period written into his contract, in the event of sickness.
TIA for any guidance.:)
I've posted this on another thread but things move so quick on here it's on page 2 now without a reply so I hope it's OK to copy here for some guidance. Thanks!0 -
