PPI Reclaiming Discussion part 4

Thanks everyone. I believe the amount would have been paid back to my account in January/February so it has already had an impact. I was holding off on the rejigging of my DMP as I was hoping to be coming into some money to make a reasonable offer to one of them..... Never happened though.

I think I am going to have to get all my figures together and talk to PayPlan to see what the way forward is.....

I would get in touch with the dept who deals with your payments, and as such lump sum have been refunded - maybe you could ask them to now do this the way easier for you perhaps, again well done!;)

Thought i'd let you all know that I received a letter from Black Horse today. They have decided to uphold my 2 complaints!:beer:
They haven't gave figures yet but basically said they would put me back in the position if I had not taken out PPI on both loans plus i'll get the 8% interest. I've had to sign the acceptance form and send it back. Then they said I will get my money and a breakdown of figures within 8 weeks. :j
Finally I feel like I am getting somewhere. 2 down, 4 to go!!

I'm over the moon! :j:j:j

I think it was actually down to the last email I sent to the CEO of Lloyds that done it, so thanks for your help and input :T
Hopefully I will hear something about the others soon. Halifax rang me again today at about 8.15am, but as usual I was at work! I work in a Hospital so not really allowed to use my phone. But I will be ringing them back first thing in the morning.:)

This kind of news is also encouraging for the rest of us who are in this (sometimes long drawn out) process..and shows us that there is light at the end of the tunnel...good luck with the others..:T:T

got a letter through this morning from mbna apologising for taking so long to get back to me and they are still investigating my claim and should have a reply for me by the 8th of july hooooo huuuuum
