At last!:T about time too I say.
Well fingers crossed Cappo, am keeping an eye on your posts.

In regards of the banks, I think maybe things are taking time to settle down, and possibly still getting over the shock perhaps lol.:D;)

Hi Di,hope you had a good weekend my woman, how's the family? the cmc said today that word on the street and it won't be surprising to us,is that the banks were devastated and thought they'd got the j.r in the bag, they also never expected mr osirio to pull out of any appeal, again no surprise,i've been told i should hopefully get offers on my hsbc and mbna cases in the next few weeks. fingers crossed,i've not been told that there no hopers yet LOL>:j

    Hiya

And yes I have and others have had success with the FSCS via another loan company going down under.

When did you take out your loan with Click Financial?
I also taken out a loan with one of their businesses back in 2004 and they dissolved in 2006 but the FSCS would not take my case on because they were not regulated by the FSA when I taken mine out.

Click Financial has a number of loan companies, so I take it your loan was taken out after Jan 2005?

Sorry to hear that though, but do get in contact with the FSCS and let us know how you get on, cheers.

  • Hi All,

Would the fact that we have previously gone bankrupt ( discharged 2009 ) affect our ability to claim PPI on our credit cards, loans ? All but two of our cards were included in the bankruptcy estate and had outstanding balances but over the years we had paid them off and run up totals again a few times over 10 years.

All of the unsecured/secured loans that had PPI attached ( about 5/6 in total ) had been paid off before we went bankrupt.

    Thanks.
