I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you Di!
I emailed the CEO of Lloyds Friday night. Have not received an email back but yesterday i had 2 missed calls from Halifax Customer Services and an answerphone message asking to ring them back. Unfortunately I have been on 14 hour shifts today and yesterday so never got the chance to ring them. Also the reason for me missing their calls!!
Unfortunately I am working again tomorrow but I should finish earlier so will hopefully be able to give them a ring. Or do you think they will send me a letter if they've been unable to contact me by phone? I hope its good news but don't wanna get my hopes up!
Thank you :A;) X
Chase them up at Lloyds, I do if they have not got back by the following day, send it to the CEO:
antonio.osorio@lloydsbanking.com
And copy it to
Customer.Care.Insurance@lloydsTsb.co.uk
And do the same with Halifax, tell them your unable to get to the phone and will appreciate an email.
Good luck xThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I will do that now because won't get a chance at work tomorrow.
I'll keep you updated.

Good evening all, I have a question that has probably been asked/answered elsewhere (feel free to move/point me in the right direction)
I beleive that I was mis-sold ppi on a variety of credit cards that I had over the last 10 years and would now like to re-calim this. I successfully reclaimed ppi on a bank loan last year so am aware of how the process works.
The problem I now face is that I dont know who I had credit cards with. How far back will an experian report go? Or is there another way of ascertaining what credit agreements are now satisfied?

Hello there
I understand Experian, Equifax, or any Credit recording companies hold details for the last 6 years, so this may be a start for you.
So basically even if these were taken out 10 years ago, if you were still paying for them then, the data should still be held.
Give it a go.
If you also think you taken any out with your own bank, call in, speak to the manager and ask if they will be kind enough to check all accounts you've taken out with them, if credit cards, they just click in your bank account number and all details of all accounts should come up.
Some have even received data going back into the 90's. Although this is not guaranteed, but give it a go.
To make a reclaim, complete the reclaim questionnaire on step 3 below, if with the same company, one questionnaire is sufficient, as long as the mis selling reasons are the same, or otherwise complete separate ones.
Keep copies, send to the head office or complaints dept of whoever sold you the accounts, and allow 8 weeks for a decision, good luck.

Not sure if its a success or not yet but will soon know over the next following days, the email received from the Manager at Customer Care.
Dear
As previously promised this is to confirm that our final response letter has been sent in the post today.
I’m unable to guarantee when you will receive it but I would hope it would be received in the next few days. If this is not the case please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours sincerely
A
