Evening all, do any of you good people know where I can find the contact details for MBNA, Intelligent Finance and Virgin Credit Cards please?
Has anyone else experienced problems getting their credit file from experian? I spoke to an advisor today after trying to reactivate my account who told me that the site is experiencing a technical glitch but will be rectified soon. It seems to have been down all day! grrr.

Hi there
Have you tried Equifax for a free credit report for 30 days I believe, worth googling them in, or at the most you would pay £2 for your credit report. Hope the details will be of some help below.;)
MBNA 0800 917 6592 or 0800 085 1409

Hi there
I believe that is correct.:D
Hope you manage to get hold of them soon, did you try ringing or emailing them?
I bet they are overloaded with call perhaps, keep on at them though, fingers crossed. x;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi,
Sorry if I've missed something obvious, and this is a post that is answered elsewhere, just getting the hang of all this...
I have a business account with Lloyds and have had several loans with LRPI the business version of PPI
As Lloyds separate the business and personal banking, does anyone know where to send the questionnaire? I'm not sure if it'll work with the address that the personal accounts people are sending their complaints to?
Many thanks,
