Hi there
I believe lots of others have also received the same letters, and I think they are just covering themselves, so even though they say a year, its possible it can still be resolved before that, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi there
Yes you can still make a reclaim on what you have actually paid into the account of ppi up to cancellation, good luck.

All you can do is wait and hope the FOS get through claims quickly.0 -

Hi there
Maybe their email box is full, this happened with mine via Lloyds last week, but it did eventually send, however check the details below direct from the website.
http://www.barclays.co.uk/Generalinformation/PaymentProtectionInsuranceinformation/P1242589649016
https://ibank.barclays.co.uk/olb/w/FeedbackForm.do?action=FeedbackForm
If you don't get the opportunity to send this way, maybe you could complete the feedback form above, and ask for the details.
However, personally I would send one by hardcopy post as well, to make sure, and post by recorded delivery.;)
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi there.
I wonder if you got some idea or advise about this.
I bought some chinise medicine hervals while on hollidays in China last week...
The kun-fu "master" read my pulse and told me I needed this because my flood pressure was too low.
Anyway, they told me it would be 35 pounds for one off treatment and it had not side effects as they were only natural plants from Tivet.. I hanged my HALIFAX MASTER CARD to them and got a few boxes of small tablets..
When I looked at my credit card statement I realised they charged me 350 pounds in staid the 35 they said it would be...
I called the credit card service and explained what happened
..
They said there is nothing they can do as I signed the receip (it was in Chinese currency and I didn't press much attention as 5 people were talking to me at that time)... I wish I did!!!
I'm wondering if writting a letter to their customer Service explaining I've been actively DEFRAUDED will make any differents...
Any ideas of what to writte?
Regards,
Yolanda0
