On the bank questionnaire it asks how you applied for the credit cards. I cant be certain which ones I did on the internet and which ones by phone so I might have to put can't remember on the form.
Is this going to affect my claim?
Many thanks
This should not affect your claim, but give them as many details as you can recall on.
If you can though, you could try contacting the business, and ask them if they still hold details on how this was sold to you, they should be able to confirm.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
The Egg rejection letter was a long time ago - maybe over 6 years. With all of this being in the news, it reminded me of how cheated I felt. Maybe I will have a go again, but I am pretty sure I would be wasting my time now.
I personally think you should give it another go, you do have your reasons, keep at them and fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
after all the recent press about mis sold ppi i rang lloyds tsb and found out they still had 2 loan account numbers from 1998 and 1999 which i believe i was mis sold ppi on because of a pre existing health condition and i also work for nhs so would have had full sick pay, i have registered a complaint but should i send in a copy of sar questionaire detailing my reasons for complaint and to get any copies of paperwork back.
any advice would be much appreciated feel a bit overwhelmed when i try and read all the info on posts on MSE:o0 -
if you havent sent in writing yet a complaint, then i would fill in a consumer complaint questionnaire and send it in to them. They may send you out one now as you have registered your complaint but we are talking about Lloyds! lol.
Info and the form can be found here:

Hi there
As long as you have your account numbers and reasons for being mis sold that is appropriate to make your reclaims.
You do seem to have good reasons, and I take it you have then completed the reclaim questionnaire and sent that to the relevent dept?
There are also details directly on Lloyds website on how to make a complaint, and address details of where to send them.

Good luck and allow 8 weeks for a decision, although they should send you a confirmation letter in the post over the next week or so.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

thanks for advice, at the minute i have only complainned by phone, but just printed sar questionaire and listed my complaints about the way ppi was sold to me, also contacted GP for list of dates for all my hospital admissions whilst the loan was running, fingers crossed that they will not reject claim because of how long ago the loans was taken out.
good luck to everyone else who is taking the banks to task:)0
