    Recieved a letter from the Nasty today saying that due to the legal battle that will take place that they are not prepared to make a decision on my complaint. They say that once a decision from high court is due then they will contact me again. Frustrasted as they are nearly two weeks over the 8 week deadline! They say I contact FOS but I see little point as they will be same with them I imagine.

    Anybody know who will probably win? FSA or banks? I remember bank charges!
