    Hi there
MSE replaced with a questionnaire instead on the first letter, but I do have one you can use as a guide from the media site, but if you can try to use your own words, the reasons for this is because there is also a better success rate, as they are used to receiving the same letters from reclaimers.

Give them as much info as possible and make sure you get the points in of 8 weeks and the FOS, hope this helps, good luck.;)

I used blue sky claims to get my ppi from my credit card and its cost me more to claims it back than the amount they got me what a rip off. AVOID BLUESKYCLAIMS AT ALL COST

Thank you for posting this up, it gives a warning to others and so sorry to hear about yours!

Its best not to bother with any claiming companies, your right they are a rip off.

If you have any further reclaims, please do have a go yourself with free help from this site.

Again, so sorry to hear of your experience.

Have you also checked them out or maybe made a complaint of how unhappy you are with them? you can contact the Ministry of justice (MOJ) if you want to.....

Will do. I also e-mailed Eric Daniels as well as the Customer Care Dept. at Lloyds on those addresses that you gave me. Response today stating that they would like us to supply info again. No mention of this guy's paperwork being wrongly included. Will keep you posted, thanks.
